The Church App

I often have mixed feelings about technology.  Call me old fashioned, but I love a good ol' face-to-face coffee chat.  However I have come to realize that technology gives us so many advantages over previous generations: email can coordinate a meeting or share information much more easily than a long series of phone calls; social media allows us to stay in touch with friends to celebrate or pray for the highs and lows of life; and people serving overseas can let their kids video chat with their grandparents.

Some of us love technology, and some of us are very reserved about it, but we all use it to enhance our lives. We now have yet another way to enhance our communication and build community with each other. 

The Hyde Park Vineyard Church App is a tool to share news, announce events, and keep us better informed. Through the App you can read church announcements, find out about upcoming sermons through the blog, get caught up on past teachings, watch Sunday services live, find out information on midweek programming, connect with a life group, follow the Bible reading plan, give financially, and sign up to serve in ministry or for upcoming events.

Please utilize the App to be informed and stay connected to the life of the church. God's mission through the Vineyard Church is to produce world-changers and a world-changing church, who are 100% devoted to Jesus, each other, and others in the world. While a church App may not make us a world-changing church, it will help our members, alumni, and friends connect and serve better together in this world-changing mission.
