Day 9 - Treat someone else to something special

Today I went to the Hyde Park Produce to buy groceries not for ourselves but for a family that recently had a baby. I haven’t been this excited to buy someone something in a long time, and it was equally fun to drop them off.

Jesus said, “it is more blessed to give than receive. “ Let me encourage you to treat someone else to something special. Drop something off on someone’s doorstep. Order something online and have it delivered. You don’t necessarily have to spend money. Maybe you could make a special gift and give it to someone (while keeping the appropriate social distance :). 

Let’s live out and model what Jesus said. It is truly more blessed to give than receive!

3) Make the place your living a place you wantto be

4) Create, Bake, & Make

5) Enjoy eating

6) Phone, text, or video chat a friend

7) Spend quality time with family

8) Get outside & go for a walk

9) Treat someone else to something special

10) Dream – ask God to speak to you about the future
